My foundation was built at Xerox Corporation, where I was trained and educated in business process outsourcing. This focus on strategic and tactical solutions—rather than transactional approaches—sets me apart from many experts in the space.

Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership roles at notable MSP organizations, including MetaProcure, TAC Worldwide Companies, and The Judge Group. In these roles, I provided strategic direction, led large-scale operations, and managed high-performing service teams.

Additionally, I’ve held influential procurement leadership roles at major corporations like MetLife, State Street, and Citizens Bank, where I developed and implemented contingent workforce strategies and best practices. I bring extensive hands-on experience with vendor management systems, including Workday VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, and AgileOne AccelerationVMS.
